Following on from the Summit, the non-government co-hosts convened a series of state & territory roundtable discussions entitled Affordable Housing: After the Summit

The participants heard a report from the Summit and discussed ways of advocating and implementing key priorities for action in their regions.

Neil Youren

Neil is the Global Head of Property Risk Management for the National Australia Bank. Neil’s team is responsible for ensuring that the National’s commercial property exposures are within acceptable risk boundaries.

The primary responsibility is for the National’s commercial property lending book of over $25 Billion, of which nearly half is lent outside of Australia through the group’s operations in the United Kingdom, USA, New Zealand and Asia. The National also has direct commercial property exposures of a further $3 Billion.

Neil has previously held senior management positions with Lend Lease Development and Macquarie Bank, and holds an MBA and a Master of Applied Finance.
