Grant Dennis B.B.A (USA), MDIA, MAIDC Senior Vice-President of UDIA National Immediate Past President of UDIA Queensland

Grant Dennis is currently the Chairman of the Dennis Family Corporation ( China ) and a Director of the Dennis Family Corporation ( Australia ). He is currently Senior Vice President of UDIA (National) and immediate Past President of UDIA (Qld).

For the past 20 years, Grant has been employed by the Dennis Family Corporation, at various levels, which has been involved in the urban development industry for over 40 years.

Established in 1960, The Dennis Family Corporation has grown to become one of Australia 's most accomplished private development companies. The Corporation employs over 400 people and develops over 1200 lots and builds more than 1800 homes annually.

Current business activities include land development, home building, commercial/retail investment, master planning and urban design and civil engineering with interests in Queensland , Victoria , New South Wales , and China.
