Following on from the Summit, the non-government co-hosts convened a series of state & territory roundtable discussions entitled Affordable Housing: After the Summit

The participants heard a report from the Summit and discussed ways of advocating and implementing key priorities for action in their regions.

Brendan Crotty Executive Director & Managing Director.

Mr Crotty has extensive expertise in the property industry having worked in the sector for the entire length of his professional career.

He has been Managing Director of Australand Property Group since 1990. He joined Australand Holdings Limited (then the Land Division of Hooker Corporation Limited) in 1977, where he held a number of general management positions, before becoming Executive General Manager of the Land, Housing and Apartment divisions. Prior to 1977, Mr Crotty held senior positions in a property development company and was a partner in a professional firm of surveyors, town planners and civil engineers.

Mr Crotty has formal qualifications in surveying, town planning and business administration and also completed an advanced general management course at IMEDE, Lausanne , Switzerland . He is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is also a M<ember of the Planning Institute of Australia and the Institution of Surveyors.
